Elisabetta is singlehandedly credited with bringing regional grape teroldego back from the brink of extinction! 'Sgarzon’ is the softer and more finessed of her two single vineyard teroldegos, vinified in Spanish tinajas (aka clay amphora) for eight months on skins to intensify and make immortal this grape’s raucous richness. Blueberry balsamic, dried herbs crumbled by strong hands, black clay, seedy mulberries, soil caked to palms, juniper & tobacco set a flame.
