Proxy is juices, vinegars, spices, herbs, bitters, tea & other botanicals married into a non-alcoholic potion fit for our witty senses. The final products are gracefully stylized beverages, assembled in the image of wine without necessarily trying to BE wine. Blackberry jam, violet bed, perfectly ripe banana, raspberry sorbet, schisandra berry, malty kambaa black tea tannins & sea salt crystals. Proxies recommend pairing with carne asada!
