Since 2005, she has been working with both home grown and purchased fruit, and a hearty dedication to the showcasing of single plots, diverse terroirs, and true grape expression across the lineup. FUN FACT! To tell apart her negoce (purchased) fruit from domaine, look for the gnomes on her negoce! Picked in the vineyards of Domaine Trichon in Bugey, molette is an aromatic, citric white grape primarily planted in the region of Savoie and not often seen in a pure expression. Pressed directly and left to rest until the following summer, we are overjoyed to share such a unique, singular expression. Smoking alpine flowers, poached peaches, slightly underripe lychee, grey clay minerality, cilantro & limeade. Drink with butter biscuits at your evening tea time.
