The certified organic concord grapes are carbonically macerated for a week to uplift aromatics, then whole-cluster macerated for another week to continue pulling tickling tannins. Grape soda, blackberry cordial, plum jam, a new friend sharing their markers & candied red currants. Sitting at 9%, this is the perfect can to sip on when missing the good old kindergarten days – blocks, glue sticks and crinkle cut carrot sticks not included.
