'Drea's Blend'

A weekday BANGER of a worthy, lusty and balanced Ontario chard blend. The Ontario counterpart to our GW House Wine project bringing interesting, delicious, well-made & well-priced wines to your table. Ontario House is a collaboration with local producers we love, this year’s release coming from our sweet pals at Paradise Grapevine! ‘Drea’s Blend’ is a non-vintage crisp and satisfying white celebrating assistant winemaker & industry leader to watch Drea Scotland - peep her other wines here! It combines plush n’ gushy 2022 chardonnay (75%) from the Willms Vineyard in Four Mile Creek, and 2023 zippy n’ flowery riesling (25%) from the Redfoot Vineyard in Lincoln Lakeshore. All the fruit was directly pressed, then fermented and aged in neutral French oak barrel on lees to get all gussied up. Apple harvest, white cherry biscotti, straw hat lost to a  river’s currant, warm salted cream, honeysuckle & tulips. Enjoy with Famiglia baldassarre’s lunchtime “tagliatelle in bianco".
