An airy carignan rosé awash in hope and glee. Named after her nature-loving grandmother, winemaker Rosalind Reynold’s project Emme focuses on minimal to no intervention winemaking, producing negocé wines from her rightful place in a downright hot-bed of new-cali talent! FUN FACT! ’enhorabuena’ means congratulations, and more literally, ‘in the good hour’ #rightplacerighttime! For the second year, some precious Ricetti Vineyard carignan was set aside for Rosalind's direct press version of the grape. The fruit began its transformation with a foot stomp before relaxing several hours on its skins, soaking up flavour, colour and tannin before pressing. Wispy, buttery raspberry galette, lemons washed ashore, natural rock formation & a red Airhead. Enjoy while watching Little Miss Sunshine (2006).
