Expect nothing fresh and grassy here, this is sauvignon blanc from 2017 (!), rich and intense from 10 days of skin maceration pulling texture and tannin before 12 months in oak barrels to further transform. Crunchy dried herbs and blossoms, dehydrated pineapple, tangerine-y citric VA (volatile acidity), smoked honey, calvados, wood & resin.
