Situated in the emerging wine-growing region of Creemore Hills, Ontario’s Therianthropy have been blowing us away with their delicious and expressive offerings since 2018. A 100% negotiant project, partners in wine and life Anastasia Phillips and David Eiberg, source grapes from specifically selected vineyards across Niagara, Prince Edward County, and Georgian Bay. Plucked from the rich clay/loam soils of Four Wheel Farm, these pinky-grey hued spheres of joy were destemmed and sat on skins for four hours plucking the finest thread of tannin and colour. Peach yoghurt, hot picnic pineapple, vanilla poached pear, baking your first meringue & stark lines of citrus.
