Owner and winemaker Deirdre Heekin oversees her thriving, vine-wound kingdom with an affinity for hybrid grapes, thriving ecosystems & a thirst for knowledge. The rich, aromatic la crescent comes from a cool vineyard near Lake Champlain. Pressed by stomping footsies, grapes are bottled before the first fermentation finishes to trap tenacious C02 aka delicious BUBBLES. Flowers forever, mandarin acidity, nectarine, brisk lemon, savoury eucalyptus meets lavender, white pepper & salt pops. Enjoy with crispy fried lake perch caught by your local rod and reel savant.
