An instant staff super-fave, Home Music is a spiced and balanced Vermonter version of the globally beloved Italian red bubble, Lambrusco. And from not just any Vermonter project, but from one of the most forward-thinking & visionary in all of North America, La Garagista! Owner and winemaker Deirdre Heekin oversees her thriving, vine-wound kingdom with an affinity for hybrid grapes, thriving ecosystems & a thirst for knowledge. A co-macerated blend of three white and three red hybrid varieties: darkly spiced marquette, aromatic frontenac noir, tart n’ smokey st. croix, tropical frontenac blanc, honeyed frontenac gris & citric la crescent. 'House Music’ is made in a pet-nat style, meaning it's bottled before fermentation finishes, creating a natural fizz by trapping C02. FUN FACT! Only 42 cases were produced, and we got 8! Allocations rarely get smaller. Rose buds bathed in cherry, Montreal steak spice structure, frothy, rich bubbles & equalizing earthy bitters. The winery recommends enjoying with everything PASTA, from Bolognese to pasta alla Norma.
