SFERA is a line of limited run, collaboratively cultivated cuvées, made with small, certified-organic farmers that stretch from the alps to the Mediterranean. A regional Puglian variety, verdeca is relatively rare, typically classified as "a minor blending component”, well pish posh darlings! Here the green and nuanced verdeca spent 14 days macerating to pull all the impressions of the classic Mediterranean garden. Apricot skin, almonds with no skin, herbal tea shop, bergamot infused honey & shoots of limey citrus. Enjoy during a game of fetch, on one of the last HOT days on the year.
