A collaboration between winemaker Sebastian Zuccardi and beloved UK natural wine importer Les Caves de Pyrene, the Ballena del Sur is named after a well-known whale that frequents Argentina's waters, the label a representation of the eye of the ‘Ballena’, melded with an abstract grape. The organic malbec juice sees no oak and thus is a purely of-place fruit expression. Juicy plum, grippy stems and twigs, mixed dried herbs & a spiced blackberry jam.
