Their 110 organically-farmed hectares of vineyards are characterized by a uniquely dry terroir and microclimate. FUN FACT! Manzoni is a crossing of riesling renano and pinot bianco, developed in the Veneto in the beginning of the 20th century! Left on lees for 4-5 months brings out a warmth for the tongue and locks in honeysuckle aromatics. Honeydew breeze, sour white peach brilliance, straw hat stand, salty rocks, bitter almond on a leesy bed & meyer lemon creates a looping effect, carrying you from sip to sip.
