A surprising, aromatic and vegetal, white-red blend. From within one of the oldest, most globally recognized fine-wine regions of Austria, Anna and Martin Arndorfer have taken the traditions of their two local winemaking families and staked new ground. FUN FACT! This is one of three newer, more experimental Arndorfer wines, named after Anna and Martin’s three daughters, to give the label a place to play. Here whole cluster rotburger is co-fermented in sauvignon blanc juice for 14 days, pressed, and aged for six months in old oak honeymooning. Cherry mash, fermenting pumpkin, bouncy ball, tarragon in bloom, roasting flowers, cranberry juice & green pepper tannins. Enjoy with rabbit stew.
