A light, limestone-lifted riesling reflecting Niagara in every sip. The Neudorf family works their beautiful property, The Farm, and indulges in experimentation with this no addition project. Named after their road in the Twenty Mile Bench near Jordan, their claim to regional fame has been creating one-off wines sourced from some of the best single vineyards in Niagara. This crispy, crunchy riesling is from the organically tended Wismer Foxcroft Vineyard, was fermented whole cluster, pressed into neutral French oak barrels and aged on lees to bind and round. FUN FACT! Only four barrels were made! Limestone kicks things off, spring honeysuckle, sweet corn, juiced granny smith, pool noodle & tender herbs in sunshine.
