A perfectly pocket-sized can of gluggable, bubbly orange. Brand new to Ontario, please welcome the delightfully farm-forward bevies of Wild Arc! Situated on 10 hectares in the Hudson Valley, operators Crystal and Todd are working with regenerative and biodynamic practices to create their stunning lineup. Piquette is made by rehydrating grape pomace (the skins and seeds left over from the initial winemaking process), and fermenting the mixture to create a low-alcohol, effervescent wine. This years orange is a blend of tropical cayuga (hybrid), lush chardonnay, crisp aurora (hybrid), and aromatic riesling. Softly ochre hued, citrus peel wound, preserved peaches, honeysuckle, black tea & a plucky structure. Enjoy while hiking, biking or figure skating.
