Since 2016, the duo Emmanuel Sandt-Duguay and Guillaume Werstink have worked under their mission of promoting their famed river's little-known species, and advocating for a local Quebec pantry. The Atlantic redfish is an emblematic bottom-dwelling or ‘rock’ fish species of the Gulf of St. Lawrence that is making a comeback in the waters of the majestic river. Simply spiced with salt, pepper and chili forward spices, this tin is the perfect accompaniment to a bottle of the Pinard & Filles 'Momo Pinku’ (link to page) or Lieux Communs ‘Décor’ and a bundle of crusty bread.
