Since 2005, she has been working with both home grown and purchased fruit, and a hearty dedication to the showcasing of single plots, diverse terroirs, and true grape expression across the lineup. This riesling was purchased from Jerome Meyer in Alsace, picked by Alice from a plot that is in conversion to organic viticulture, and sees a sloow direct press that pulls a bit of a macerated texture.
