Part of the ‘New Australia’ movement, they focus on alternative sun-loving grapes, sustainability and natural yeast fermentations. This berried merlot (40%) dominant blend also features spiced syrah (30%), and citric pinot gris and highly-aromatic gewürztraminer make up the remainder of this intriguing blend. Cherry picking, cranberry acidity joins red delicious apple juice texture, slate lick, toasted cumin & chopped fennel.
