A properly decadent, southern red blend fit for indulgence. Valérie tends to 22 hectares of old vines rooted in clay and limestone, that she converted to certified biodynamic farming. From clay-limestone, the blend of 40-year-old grenache (80%), and syrah (20%) is destemmed for whole cluster fermentation in concrete, and left unfined and unfiltered. Silky textured, black cherry tampenade, Herbes de Provence sprinkle, chocolate coated honeycomb toffee/malteser richness & young, woody green shoots. Pair with thick robes, wool house slippers and anything Bunny Macdougal would eat.
