A dusty, dense cab that climbs right up your nostrils. Coming from a winemaking family, Rajen Toor launched Ursa Major in 2016, developing his own voice and contributing a new perspective to the growing, low intervention winemaking community in British Columbia. Working primarily with purchased fruit for the time being, their goal is to begin growing their own vines as time and conditions allow. Black plum sorbet, irises, strawberries in chocolate, shovel of gravel, shrubs with velvety tart berries, pack of nibs & a light-tulle-ballgown-esque minerality. Pour alongside roasted veggie melanges.
